down memory lane...
its been quite some time since i last penned my last blog...

last night i juz came home from my first ict(in-camp training), which was a low key one. lasted for a week... it was kind of back to my army days where i had to become so unhygienic again(having to wear a uniform for 4days... march/walk in steps... reply everything with a yes sgt/sir... getting bitten by the numerous mosquitoes while out in the field... endure the yucky food from the cookhouse... bath very fast... and also very little sleep etc) Got back my driver's feeling within the first day when we went out for orientation drive. before that i was quite apprehensive about having to handle a vehicle again as i had not drive for more than 15mths...

Before this ict, i also enjoyed 3 weeks of useful coaching by australian lawn bowls coaches peter bowden and brian jeffson. both of them were very dedicated in their imparting of skills and knowledge to us, especially brian. i particularly find his methods more interesting than peter's like the 'phantom'. i hope that he will be coming back again in the near future again to teach us many more new things which i don't think we will be able to learn locally.
