the painful decision...
finally... after pondering my options for the last 2days, I've finally decided to stay in the team. It was a tough decision to make, given that just last week we had talked abt quitting the team together... and now i had reversed on my stand. I seriously hope that my friends can understand why i took this path. one thing i can assure them is i am not in this for the non- monetary benefits like some might think. but rather for the learning experience... partly learning to deal with people as part of my pursued interest in human resource management and also some other reasons which i can't seem to phrase in juz a few words. anyway i really hope that we still can stay together as a close knitted bunch of avid lawn bowlers even though there will be the inevitable strain in our friendship. I hope this situation can clear up fast and we will all be able to rejoin the team under a whole new committee:)
