trying to be as optimistic as i can

after so many weeks, i'm finally done with my marketing information. The sense of satisfaction and relieve in stress is unbelievable... but then tmr got to start with another project again... y so many of them. hahaha

then also there's also another problem. recently my grandma's health has deteriorated very quickly. juz 2 weeks ago, she was still able to walk by herself and had a considerable appetite. but in the last 10days, everything has reversed. now the whole family is extremely concerned about her condition. yesterday she was warded in singapore general hospital. though sad, none of us showed it out, as we did not want her to worry so much about us. it pains us to see her frail body being pricked by needles and lined with tubes. not only that,we are also saddened by the fact that she seem to have given up hope on herself. This is because she constantly asks about when she can be discharged. furthermore, i found out from my mum that my grandma has told them that she had prayed to Guanying Buddha not to let her suffer too much- either take her away quickly or let her recover. haiz... Now, all we can do is to just continue visiting her, giving her the much needed moral support, and try to be as optimistic as we can, hoping that god will provide a miracle and see to her recovery. once again... i stumbled :(

the much awaited mixed pairs ended in disaster again this morning in the q-final stage where mingli and i were beaten clearly by bernard and florence. like what mingli said, though we did not play to our best form like the previous sun when we eliminated stephen and stella, we did not play too badly today also. All we were losing out to was luck and abit short in consistency... I am also the more guilty party as my failure to convert my heavy shots resulted in us losing more shots.
Ironically today also meant the end of participation of all Scc teams as the pairing of edmund & huishan plus tony and rosemary also got knocked out by the teams from elbc and sp respectively.
to end off... life is very unpredictable... treasure it... cherish every moment:)
